At Topopal we continuously invest in the most up to date machinery available to the market and can provide the following services:
Cutting
We offer a cut to size service for all of our panel products and worktops. We have two fully automatic beam saws with a cutting length of 4200mm. We also have optimisation software which will give you the best yield to your cut.
Edging
We hold in stock matching edging for all our panel products in the following sizes 23 x 2, 43 x 2, 23 x 0.8. We also stock edging to match all our worktop colours. We only use PU glue on our edge bander which gives a better bond and moisture protection.
Flat Bonding
We offer a flat bonding service for sheets up to 4200mm long. We have two presses and hold a large quantity of lamicolor and egger laminates. See our MFC range on the menu for list of colours. If required we will bond other manufacturers laminates onto any of our MDF or chipboard panels.
Postforming
We are the people who brought postforming to Ireland and have been postforming in this facility for over 40 years. We still use one of the original postformers to this day. We have three postforming machines and we can offer any size postformed top up to 4200mm long by 1200mm wide.
CNC
We have a 5600mm x 1700mm IMA BIMA CNC machine which we primarily use for producing worktops. Like all our services email us the sizes of what you require and we will get back to you.
